Dr. Patrina Dow
Co-Founder & Director
Dr. Patrina Dow is a human services educator, principal investigator, and passionate advocate for underserved families. With a background in psychology, human services counseling, and marriage and family therapy, she co-founded the HLC Maternal & Family Mental Health Research Center to bridge the gap between research and real-world impact. Dr. Dow also serves as Director of Student Mom Advocacy at Baby Steps Auburn Hub and teaches in the Human Services Department at Purdue Global University. Her work centers on maternal anxiety, intergenerational wellness, and family-centered policy.
